Rates & Insurance

$200 for 45 minute individual sessions.

$275 for 60 minute family, couples and co-parent sessions.

$350 for intended parent consultations.

$40 for support group sessions.

Insurance

In honor of our commitment to accessibility, we are excited to provide an opportunity for our clients to utilize their insurance benefits. We are currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, Meritain, Nippon, and Optum with more coming soon. Please reach out if you would like to explore utilizing your insurance benefits.

If I am not in network with your insurance company, I will provide you with a billing receipt at the end of the month so you can receive out of network benefits. Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• What percentage of the fee will my insurance company cover?

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician in order for services to be covered?

• Does my coverage include telehealth or online therapy?

• Does my coverage include out of state providers?​

 

Payment

I accept all major credit cards as forms of payment.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session. This means if you have a session scheduled for 2pm on Tuesday, the latest you can cancel without penalty is Monday at 1:59pm.
