Hey, I’m Maddie!

I am a graduate-level Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at Walden University, dedicated to creating a compassionate, safe, and supportive space for individuals navigating anxiety, trauma & PTSD, infertility, and other challenging life experiences.

I’m passionate about meeting clients exactly where they are and helping them feel understood, grounded, and empowered. With a background in child welfare and case management, I bring a deep awareness of how trauma, stress, and loss shape a person’s life, and I use this insight to guide my therapeutic approach.

If you’re here, it probably means you’re carrying more than anyone around you realizes. Maybe you’re navigating anxiety that won’t quiet down, trauma that still lives in your body, or the heartbreaking weight of infertility, pregnancy loss, or grief that comes in waves. Maybe you’re struggling with a parent or a child and wondering why these relationships feel so hard.

My background & approach

In my sessions, you can breathe again. You can be honest. You can cry, question, process, and take up space without apology. I meet you exactly where you are. No pressure, no judgment, no expectation that you should be “over it” by now. This is your space to slow down, feel supported, and finally put words to the things you’ve been carrying alone.

Using compassion, deep listening, mindfulness, and evidence-based tools, I help you gently unpack what’s been weighing on you and reconnect with the parts of yourself you’ve had to silence. Healing doesn’t need to be rushed, only supported. If you’re ready for a space where you can finally feel understood, held, and genuinely cared for, I’m here.
