Cherelle Palmer
Here to help you slow down, process what you’ve been carrying, and move through life with more clarity and ease.
Hey, I’m Cherelle!
If you’re here, there’s a good chance you’ve been carrying a lot on your own for a long time.
From the outside, your life may look composed, successful—even effortless. You’re the one others rely on. The one who keeps things moving, who shows up, who figures it out. But internally, it can feel very different.
Maybe anxiety feels like constant background noise. Maybe perfectionism keeps you pushing yourself harder than anyone else ever could. Or maybe burnout has left you feeling emotionally drained, even though you’re still showing up for everything (and everyone) around you.
Many of the people I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning individuals who are used to being the strong one. The reliable one. The one others turn to. On the outside, your life may look like it’s holding together but internally, you might feel overwhelmed, stuck in cycles of overthinking, or weighed down by experiences you haven’t fully had the space to process.
Some of my clients are also navigating the emotional complexity of infertility and building their families through third-party reproduction—an experience that can feel deeply isolating, even when you're doing everything “right.”
My background & approach
As the Founder and Clinical Director, I’ve intentionally designed this practice to provide a more elevated, personalized therapy experience—one where you feel truly seen, understood, and cared for at every step.
My work is grounded in a warm, collaborative approach that honors your pace, your story, and the complexity of your lived experience. I often integrate EMDR therapy to help clients process trauma and unresolved experiences at a deeper level—working not only with thoughts, but with the emotional and nervous system patterns that often keep anxiety, burnout, and perfectionism in place.
I earned two graduate degrees from New York University—a Master of Arts in Mental Health and Wellness and a Master of Public Health—which inform my holistic, evidence-based perspective on care.
I also spent years working at one of the leading surrogacy agencies in the world, where I advanced to Team Lead of the Matching Team. During that time, I facilitated over 400 matches between intended parents and gestational carriers and supported countless others throughout their journeys. This experience provides me with a rare, in-depth understanding of the emotional landscape of fertility and third-party reproduction.
In addition to my clinical work, I’m a mental health educator, podcast host, and content creator, with a community of over 35,000 individuals on TikTok. Clients often describe our work together as grounding, steadying, and deeply validating. Whether you’re navigating trauma, infertility, burnout, or the quiet pressure of holding everything together, therapy can become a space where you no longer have to perform, carry, or figure it all out on your own.
Instead, it becomes a place where you can exhale, gain clarity, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels more aligned, more sustainable, and ultimately—more like you.
