Here to help you heal, grow, and move forward with clarity.
Hey, I’m Frankie!
You might be the person everyone leans on while secretly feeling like you are falling apart inside. Maybe your mind never fully shuts off. You replay conversations, overthink your decisions, question yourself constantly, or feel emotionally exhausted from carrying so much for so long. Maybe you have gotten so used to surviving that you do not even know what it feels like to truly feel calm, secure, or fully yourself anymore.
You may look like you are functioning on the outside while internally feeling overwhelmed, anxious, disconnected, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns you cannot seem to break. Maybe relationships feel heavy. Maybe setting boundaries makes you feel guilty. Maybe you are constantly putting yourself last, trying to keep everyone else okay while quietly struggling yourself. Or maybe you are simply tired of feeling like your brain never gets a break.
My background & approach
Therapy with me is not about judgment or pretending to have everything figured out. It is a space where you can finally let your guard down and be honest about what is really going on. A space where you can say the things you normally keep to yourself. Together, we will explore the experiences, patterns, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck while also building practical tools to help you feel more grounded, confident, emotionally secure, and connected to yourself.
I want our sessions to feel real, supportive, and collaborative. I will meet you with warmth, compassion, curiosity, and honesty while helping you better understand yourself and create meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable for you. My approach combines evidence-based practices including cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care, while always tailoring therapy to fit you as an individual rather than trying to force you into a one-size-fits-all approach.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Central Florida and am currently completing my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. What continues to draw me to this work is the opportunity to help people feel truly seen, understood, and supported, especially during the moments in life when they feel the most alone. You do not have to keep carrying everything by yourself.
