  • Our therapists are based in Florida, and all sessions are held virtually through secure online platforms.

    We currently work with clients across six states, depending on each therapist’s licensure. You can view each therapist’s bio page to see where they are licensed to practice.

  • All sessions take place through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform, similar to Zoom. At the time of your appointment, you’ll simply click a private link to join your therapist from your computer, tablet, or phone.

    All you need is a device with a camera and a quiet, private space where you feel comfortable talking. Many clients appreciate the flexibility of online therapy because it allows them to attend sessions from the comfort of home or another private location.

  • At one point we offered in-person sessions, but many of our clients preferred the accessibility and flexibility of virtual therapy.

    We are now a fully virtual practice, allowing clients to connect with their therapist from wherever they feel most comfortable.

  • We offer self-pay options for clients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, with fees ranging from $40-$150 per session, depending on the provider.

    Our student interns also offer a limited number of pro bono spots for clients experiencing financial hardship. Availability for these spots may vary.

  • Yes. We are in-network with several major insurance providers. All of our therapists accept Cigna and Aetna, while participation with other insurance plans may vary depending on the therapist.

  • The first session is mainly about getting to know you and understanding what’s bringing you to therapy. Your therapist may ask about your current challenges, your history, and what you hope to get out of therapy.

    There’s no pressure to share everything at once. This is simply the beginning of building a supportive and collaborative relationship.

  • The length of therapy varies from person to person. Some clients come for a short period to work through a specific challenge, while others choose to stay longer to explore deeper patterns or ongoing personal growth.

    Your therapist will work with you to set goals and regularly check in about your progress, so therapy moves at a pace that feels right for you.
