ASRM-Aligned evaluations & counseling for every stage of third party reproduction

Third Party Reproduction & Fertility Consultations

Expert, compassionate care in Windermere and across FL, CO, DE, ID, IN, SC, UT, VT

More than just a requirement…

these conversations are designed to support you, not just check a box.

Evaluations and consultations are often a required part of the third party reproduction process, and are recommended by organizations such as the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and the Society for Ethics in Egg Donation & Surrogacy (SEEDS).

But they are meant to be more than just a step to complete.

This is a space to slow down, ask thoughtful questions, and make sure you feel clear and prepared as you move forward. Whether you are a surrogate, egg donor, or intended parent, these conversations help ensure that expectations are aligned and that everyone involved feels ready for what comes next.

With specialized training in reproductive mental health, I provide evaluations and consultations that are both thorough and supportive. I know what to look for, what to ask, and how to guide conversations that can feel complex or unfamiliar.

My role is to help you move through this process with clarity, confidence, and the support you need at each stage.

How We Support You Through Third Party Reproduction:

:

Meet Cherelle Palmer

Hi, I’m Cherelle Palmer, LMHC, and I specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families navigating the emotional complexities of third-party reproduction.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Founder and Clinical Director of The Palmer Wellness Institute, and a trusted consultant in the third-party reproduction space. I hold both a Master’s degree in Mental Health & Wellness and a Master of Public Health from New York University, bringing a unique blend of clinical expertise and systems-level understanding to the work I do.

My background is uniquely rooted in both mental health and reproductive care. As the former Matching Team Lead at one of the world’s leading surrogacy agencies, I facilitated hundreds of successful matches between intended parents and gestational carriers. This experience gave me deep insight into the emotional, relational, and practical realities of family building through surrogacy and donor conception.

Today, I support intended parents, gestational carriers, donors, agencies, clinics, and legal professionals through consultations, psychoeducational support, evaluations, and ongoing emotional guidance. My work is grounded in compassion, clinical excellence, and a deep understanding that third-party reproduction is more than a process—it is a profoundly personal journey.

Whether you are exploring surrogacy, donor conception, or other assisted reproductive pathways, my goal is to help you feel informed, supported, and empowered every step of the way.

there’s more beneath the surface.

Beyond the Logistics: Therapy for Fertility, Loss, and Postpartum

The path to building a family isn’t always straightforward. Alongside the decisions, timelines, and medical steps, there’s often a deep emotional experience that can be harder to put into words.

You may be navigating grief, uncertainty, loss of control, or the weight of decisions without clear answers.

Alongside consultation and evaluation services, I offer therapy as a space to slow down and tend to what’s happening internally, whether you’re navigating infertility, pregnancy loss or miscarriage, or the emotional shifts of pregnancy and postpartum.

This work allows us to slow down and focus on what you’re carrying emotionally, whether you’re early in your journey, considering next steps, or already moving through third party reproduction.

Together, we can make space for the complexity of this experience so you don’t have to move through it alone.

this doesn’t have to feel so overwhelming.

It’s possible to feel more supported, more grounded, and more confident in the decisions ahead.
