Registered Mental health counselor intern
Isabel Porto
Here to help as you navigate your journey toward growth and healing.
Hey, I’m Isabel!
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who provides a supportive space where clients can feel safe to be fully themselves without fear of judgment. I work with adults navigating major life transitions, relationship challenges, perinatal concerns, and the emotional shifts that can come with pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. I also support clients who feel stuck, anxious, or disconnected as they work toward reconnecting with their authentic selves.
My background & approach
My approach to therapy is depth-oriented, person-centered, collaborative, and strength- based. I believe there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I work to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. I pay close attention to how past experiences and relational patterns shape current emotional experiences. Through our work together I will help you develop greater insight, emotional regulation, resilience, and self-compassion. Therapy with me is a supportive process that moves at your pace, creating space to explore your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move toward meaningful and lasting
change.
I provide therapy in both English and Spanish.
